PDG Online Payment Portal

Our online payment portal is a secure and convenient way for you to pay your Peraza Dermatology Group bill. To submit payment, you will need the Invoice Number or Patient Account Number, plus the Patient Name and Date of Birth.

Pay by Phone or Mail

If you have a question about your bill or would like to pay over the phone, please call our office at 603.542.6455, option 3.
